The Business Affairs Coordinator position for the Office of Student Success at Georgia State University is responsible for working with the Office of Student Success staff across multiple campuses to approve and monitor expenditures and coordinate payment of invoices. Create and process travel for staff, students, and visitors; travel authorizations, travel expense reports, and travel arrangements. This position will support all customer service activities for the Office of Student Success by participating in related activities, events, and other duties as assigned (New Student Orientation, Open Houses, Housing events, etc...). Provide Administrative support to the Business Manager II and the Directors of Student Success Programs, Retention and Student Success, TRiO programs, and University Advisement Center.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The Business Affairs Coordinator will work with staff and students across multiple campuses to create travel authorizations, travel expense reports, and create travel arrangements. Will be responsible for the travel expense report process.
- The Business Affairs Coordinator will work with staff to approve and monitor expenditures and coordinate payment of invoices. Will assist with budget review across various programs.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Manager II and the Directors of Student Success and University Advisement Center with events, phone calls, mailings, copying, scanning, scheduling meetings and e-mails.
- This position will support all customer service activities for the Office of Student Success by participating in related activities, events, and other duties as assigned (New Student Orientation, Open Houses, Housing Outreach,etc...)
- Assist Business Manager II with personnel transactions (hiring, terminations) for student, graduate students and part time instructors. Assist hiring managers with forms for new student, adjunct and PTI. Back up time approver for student time sheets.
