POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Coordinator works closely with the PMO leadership group to assure mission success. He/she coordinates communication and data flows to provide necessary management information. This position will ensure necessary corporate support via liaison with Jackson Healthcare and SOSi corporate staff as it directly relates to the success of a government contract.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and orchestrate staff processes ensuring unity of efforts between Jackson Healthcare and SOSi corporate staff.
  • Oversee and administer all facets and activities related to day-to-day operations of the assigned project and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and collateral for project and PMO leadership.
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings with government and other entities.
  • Prepare agendas, maintain records, and document minutes as required.
  • Generate reports from various systems and consolidate data to develop and provide government required reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure project success.
  • Admin super user for maintaining, updating, importing, and exporting data from multiple systems.
  • Prepare and distribute various reports to PMO leadership and client.
  • Participate in PMO weekly team meetings as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with PMO leadership and SOSi staff.
  • Communicate relevant information to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform and oversee specific projects and programs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of relevant work experience.

Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people throughout an organization, including clinicians.
  • Project management skills and well organized.
  • Able to assist team members as needed and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical/IT systems skills; integration and reporting consolidation skills.
