This role is a part of Nokia Network Infrastructure, RBC - Deployment Services

As the Program Master Integrator, you will work with an array of teams, ranging from sales, Product/Solution Managers, Quality, Privacy, Security to pre-sales, services, and care, ensuring value is delivered in a timely fashion to the customer.

The Program Master Integrator will liaison and coordinates the network deployment through release process with the goal of executing strategy and meeting business objectives

Also, will run and assist with projects associated with continuous improvement and corporate capabilities, delivering effectiveness and division alignment.

• NI Product portfolio knowledge base ( 7750, PSS and 7360, Altiplano, NSP, NFM)
• Plan, organize and lead, and set priorities based on program team guideline
• Collaborate and build a trusting relationship with internal and external customers.
• Provide input into program master from execution and management point of view.
• Advise the stakeholders to plan and deliver realistic plans and to ensure all necessary steps are taken to deliver agreed upon milestones.
• Excellent escalation management and conflict resolution skills when out of bounds or critical issues arise among stakeholders ( Internally and Externally) and lead recovery plans and actions.
• Coordinate and participate program by have regularly scheduled core team meetings to foster program/project collaboration.

• Experience de la gestion de plusieurs projets ou de projets dans le cadre d'un programme avec des membres d'equipes interfonctionnelles et capacite a travailler et a communiquer avec plusieurs partenaires techniques (en interne et en externe).
• Solides competences en matiere de diplomatie, de negociation et d'influence pour garantir l'avancement du programme tout en respectant les politiques et procedures de Nokia.
• Experience du travail avec des equipes distribuees, des structures organisationnelles complexes, des equipes multiculturelles et fonctionnelles.
• Solides competences en matiere de gestion des risques et des parties prenantes.

You have:

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in delivering solution and services
• Deep Knowledge in xGPON, Optical and IP environment
• Business understanding of Nokia Network Infrastructure products and solutions
• Strong understanding on ISP and OSP operations and workflow
• Experience of Project Management Knowledge areas
• Experience managing multiple projects or projects in a program with cross functional team members and ability to work and communicate among several technical partners (Internally and Externally)
• Strong diplomatic, negotiating, and influential skills to guarantee program progress while adhering to Nokia policies and procedures.
• Experience working with distributed teams, complex organizational structures, multicultural and functional teams.
• Strong risk and stakeholder management skills.
