JOB DESCRIPTION:

** Intermediate Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop) is required**

**Must be able to commute to the office M-F, 8 am - 5 pm. **

Marketing Coordinator - This position requires strategic thinking, flexibility, creativity, excellent writing and editing skills, a well-developed graphic eye, planned and proactive approaches, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high quality standards. The Marketing Coordinator must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and function effectively as part of a team under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently while demonstrating an enthusiastic "can do" attitude.

Construction/Architecture/Engineering Industry experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team member who is a quick learner, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and asks questions to develop a deep understanding of the industry and organization.


Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serving as right-hand person to Marketing Director and resource to the marketing team for department oversight, organization, knowledge and information management, and protocols
  • Authoring, editing and organizing the proposal/qualifications packages to ensure content is comprehensive and client specific and in accordance with the Company brand standards
  • Strategizing with pursuit teams to author and organize qualifications/proposal/presentations, ensuring that content addresses the pursuit strategy and highlights the firm's differentiators
  • Supporting interview rehearsal/preparation process
  • Identifying and implementing creative ways to advance our marketing and business development efforts

The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills to meet multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. He/she will possess strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive attitude, and excellent work ethic with a flexibility to work with a variety of team members, including firm Principals, to meet project demands.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 5+ years' experience
  • Degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field is desired
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Salesforce as well as experience in the AEC or related design field is required
