Who you are:

The Senior Project Manager is a vital team member who enhances the Company's mission and core values by delivering quality and timely services to our clients. The SPM is responsible for the delivery of interior renovation and new construction projects ranging in size from 50k to 1,000,000+ RSF and have a minimum of 10 years of experience with delivering complex projects.

You will manage operations on projects and team reporting in alignment of the objectives, strategy, and requirements. In addition to managing the client and team, responsibilities include coordinating the architect, engineers, furniture dealers, general contractors, and other vendor activities independently. You will work with SVP/PD to lead the Project Team on projects, prospects, and daily activities. SPM provides superior client service and project team management.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with commercial construction/real estate project management is preferred with LEED AP, PMP, Six Sigma certification, LEAN experience, MBA degree or Architectural or PE registration a plus.

  • Strong project management skills coordinating deliverables from multiple team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in addition to multiple stakeholders, while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong experience leading complex projects in various markets (corporate office, industrial, healthcare, critical facilities, etc.).

  • Knowledge and experience with construction materials and methods.

  • Ability to outline and manage project tasks in MS project schedule and understanding of required timelines and project dependencies.

  • Excellence communication skills and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a deadline driven environment.

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit.

  • Experience in handling stress and customer support team motivation.

What success looks like:

  • You collaborate with brokers and/or the PjM Leadership team on pitches, proposals, marketing to win new business.

  • You will actively participate in representing the Team in Industry/Market organizations and events. I.e. CREW, CoreNet, etc.

  • You will develop project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, and scope assumptions. Manages client specific accounting and reporting for projects/scopes of work.

  • You will provide leadership and consist support of the entire project team and maintain continuous focus of team and goals. Directs the teams to deliver and exceed key performance indicators.

  • You will assist in improving the project management process, tools, document controls, and metrics/benchmarking and continuous improvement activities.

  • You will assist SVP/PD in resolving any personnel, internal and client issues affecting the perception of the company local, national, and international reputation.

  • You are confident in your ability to relate Client's ongoing needs and goals to the appropriate design team members. Ensure that entire project design is coordinated and reflects needs and requirements.

  • You will provide overall coordination of the team of design consultants including architects, engineers, A/V consultants, security consultants, graphic designers, acoustical engineers, IT consultant, etc.
