PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build, maintain, and support Oracle Cerner pharmacy medication cabinets, Inventory Management and POI (Pharmacy Order Imaging)
  2. Participate in build and support of Oracle Cerner eRx, EPCS, rx printing and PDMP for acute and ambulatory locations
  3. Work daily with Pharmacy and Medical Staff teams to coordinate any support and build efforts
  4. Supporting Medical Staff related applications such as QGenda (provider on call schedules) and Cactus (provider credentialing)
  5. Other duties may include provider provisioning build and maintenance as assigned
  6. Execute project and change tasks as assigned
  7. Manage support tickets and tracking while adhering to the organizations timeline for resolution
  8. Provide education and recommendations of application functionality
  9. Make recommendations to build on and improve application technologies across all campuses
  10. Offer solutions to standardize processes among the departments across the enterprise
  11. Collaborate with other team members to meet critical timelines and dates
  12. Support application upgrades and testing
  13. Support other ancillary applications as needed

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or Five (5) years healthcare clinical or application experience.
  2. Two years healthcare clinical or application experience
  3. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

  1. Oracle Cerner Pharmacy application knowledge
  2. Oracle Cerner HNA and Bedrock knowledge
