Your Job

As an Technical Delivery Leader, your primary responsibility is to oversee the technical delivery and sustaining/improving the Infor M3 solution landscape. Your role involves managing a team of technical professionals across system administration, security, development, integration, and sustaining the solutions, in support of business and technology value needs.

Overall, as an Infor Technical Delivery Leader, you will play a key role in driving the successful continued delivery and support of Infor software solutions, leading a team of technical professionals, while driving value for the business and people.


What You Will Do

  • Planning, organizing, and executing the technical delivery and sustaining activities across the ERP ecosystem. Provide oversight on technical design and delivery decisions, plan future improvements and effective support to enable business value through technology innovation and improvements.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals/leads, including developers, administrators, engineers, and analysts in a global operating model. Provide guidance, coaching and support, while fostering a collaborative work environment for individual fulfilment/growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technology solutions and delivery/support plans.
  • Leverage expertise in Infor related technologies to develop competitive advantaged delivery capabilities and solutions.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least 5 years' experience in ERP delivery, development, integration, administration, support with specific knowledge of ERP cloud solutions (ERP, IBP/Supply Chain, dEPM etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams and develop talent.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions evaluating alternatives and trade-offs that create the highest long-term value.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
