Job Title: Board Operator (Part-Time) - Atlanta Radio
WSB Atlanta Radiois seeking a Full-Time Board Operator! Are you a studio pro? Do you know how to bring a live show together in real time? Do you have a vision for a creative audio experience and the technical chops to back it up? The ideal Board Operator acts like a conductor, moving sounds and audio elements in place to deliver compelling radio.
- Operating audio controls and digital computer cart system
- Screening phone calls
- Running live and recorded talk shows, sports programming and music operations for weekend and overnight shifts.
- Maintaining transmitter status of multiple sites
- Coordinating newscasts
- Recording, playback and audio routing for remote broadcasts and network studio events.
- Running a radio control board, taking transmitter readings and other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma/drug free/previous media experience helpful
- Ability to take directions
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
