As part of our team, you'll support the implementation and assessment of corporate, customer requirements, and ISO standards. Be at the forefront of enhancing and governing our Enterprise Risk Management framework, providing insights and supporting Ericsson to deliver on its strategic objectives. • Support internal stakeholders to understand and implement Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS);
• Monitor remedial actions progress and closure to ensure continuous improvement
• Assist on the execution/operation of Ericsson Group's risk management framework in North America (US and Canada), while evaluating its adequacy and/or effectiveness to achieve the organization's goals and objectives;
• Aid with data analysis and development of visualizations.

• Curiosity and inquisitive personality, willing to dig deeper to find the answers you are looking for
• Problem-solving mindset, and motivation to tackle complex problems
• Great communication skills, both in written and verbal forms
• Adaptability and persistency to achieve your objectives and goals
• Desire to be a lifelong learner, and to share your knowledge
• The ability to work effectively independently and in teams, and with different roles and levels of experience

• Experience with Audits and Assessments
• Familiarity with risks management and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and root cause analysis tools & frameworks
• Consulting skills
• Management systems, Internal or Lead Auditor training
