Acerca del empleo:

Responsable de liderear las actividades de trabajo en campo, buscando cumplir con los estandares operativos y garantizando la calidad de la informacion colectada; Este Rol es responsable de la administracion del recurso de campo: evaluacion de desempeno, desarrollo profesional, control de gastos, manejo de insumos, entrevistas, entre otros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Soporte y seguimiento diario respecto a las actividades (operativas y administrativas) de losauditores.
  • Responsable de revisar, ajustar y aprobar el plan de trabajo de los auditores y en consecuencia tomar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento del mismo (reasignaciones).
  • Seguimiento de indicadores operativos internos y de planes de accion para el logro de objetivos.
  • Realizar verificacion/supervision del panel operativo/auditor de forma presencial.
  • Cumplimiento de la metodologia de campo y garantizar la calidad de la informacion colectada.
  • Reclutamiento y mantenimiento de las tiendas que conforman el panel operativo.
  • Comunicar y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema que pueda impactar/afectar los procesos operativos y administrativos para la solucion de los mismos.
  • Responsable del entrenamiento de auditores.
Requisitos

Acerca de ti:

Este rol incluye responsabilidades de gestion de equipos: Liderar un equipo de 20 personas, incluida la administracion del dia a dia, la operatividad, la evaluacion del desempeno, el coaching y la trayectoria profesional.

Requisitos:

  • Grado de estudios Intermedio o Superior (universitario).
  • Ingles Basico-Intermedio
  • +3anos de experiencia supervisando equipos en campo
  • Disponibilidad de viaje en todo el pais
  • Licencia de manejo y auto propio
  • Manejo de personal
  • Offcie: Excel Intermedio
  • El perfil sera evaluado con las necesiadaes estrategicas por localidad.
