Varian is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst - Sales & Configure, Price , Quote (CPQ). In this role you will be a key member of Varian's Worldwide Business Transformation Office (BTO) team, focusing on supporting critical projects within the Sales work stream. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes, identify operational and technological challenges, and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead small to mid-size projects and provide support to larger, more complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.

Varian's Worldwide Business Transformation Office (BTO) is at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that enhance our Sales work stream. We are dedicated to leveraging technology and operational excellence to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

You are Responsible for:

  • Leading or participating in multiple projects, managing project scope and schedules, and updating project documentation as needed.

  • Conducting project-level analysis and produce necessary documentation, including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, and future state proposals.

  • Reviewing current system applications and provide recommendations for system improvements to optimize Sales and Configure, Price , Quote (CPQ) processes.

  • Providing technical and functional guidance to team members, including training and directing the work of peers on assigned projects.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage user expectations, keeping stakeholders informed of change results and project progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); 8 years of related experience or Master's degree with 6 years of related experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level experience in CRM, CPQ, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with at least 5 years of experience in CRM solutions for Sales.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC with experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Proven ability to communicate technical issues effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively multitask.

  • Proficient in business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
