ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Drive a cohesive vision across teams, providing customer-centric input on priorities, communicating status and updates, while creating clarity on objectives to be delivered. Ability to create general contractor framework to deliver horizontal reliability initiatives. You can influence various engineering roles from engineer to engineering leadership. You are the creator and advocate of the Story (the why) and are responsible for describing the value and promoting the work at the appropriate external and internal venues. Define what success looks like, how we measure it, and how we get there. Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can bring their full and authentic self, where all voices are heard, and the team can deliver their best work as a result.
