Job Description
Pay: $70,000-$75,000

Core Responsibilities

Partner with account stakeholders to monitor and report on key performance indicator (KPI) commitments, audit and enhance source data, develop insightful analytics, communicate clearly to stakeholders. Work as a member of the Performance & Data Analytics team to leverage your skill set, experience, and creativity to inform business decision-making and strategic planning.

Partner to fully design, implement, and operationalize a suite of Corrigo reports and interactive Tableau dashboard solutions.
Build effective analytical, financial, and geospatial work product by transforming operational, financial, and third-party data into meaningful insights.
Complete the technical development of analytical initiatives, ensuring constant communication and partnership with stakeholders.
Benchmarking support utilizing data from multiple sources. Work with clients and teams to identify data needs and reporting.
Ensure iterative design processes are followed, providing regular feedback and engagement to stakeholders.
Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions.
Analyze work order data for all regions to identify opportunity gaps and/or issues at locations across the portfolio and present findings to stakeholders.
Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools. Performs additional job duties as requested.


Qualifications & Capabilities

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and skilled individual, demonstrating the following:

Understanding of basic accounting principles / bookkeeping
Strong financial acumen, and ability to demonstrate command of accounting methods and terminology.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, financial, economics, and similar disciplines.
One or more years of experience in a similar role.
Prior use of systems and tools used to extract and analyze data.
A business intelligence expert with knowledge of data visualization and analytical techniques. Present proven examples of having utilized technical tools to develop innovative solutions to complex requirements.
Strong Microsoft application skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of analytic/statistical/process management concepts with the ability to explain them to others.
Present sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, grit, and the flexibility to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a well-established commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Embrace the internal and external data visualization and analytics communities, ensuring your skills are constantly evolving and new analytical techniques and functionality are adopted.
Willing and able to work at the stakeholder's pace, using agile working methodology that enables an iterative approach to project delivery.
Open to being integrated alongside existing team members, sharing their knowledge with, and learning from, other analysts and subject matter experts on the account and across the JLL analytics community.
Be customer service oriented with client contact when necessary.
Offer a strong analytical skillset with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
Ability to think strategically, adopt a shared vision, and embrace change as an opportunity. Set and maintain stakeholder expectations.
