JOB DESCRIPTION:

Step into an invigorating role as a Supply Chain Principal Support Analyst, where you'll be the driving force behind transformative projects that redefine customer experience. Take charge of project management, seamlessly coordinating every aspect of new customer modifications and rollouts, from inception to flawless installation.

Elevate your impact by prioritizing issues and projects, specializing in resolving intricate code issues to drive the delivery of new and enhanced products that exceed customer expectations. As a true leader, you'll spearhead technical training sessions on processes and software, empowering your colleagues with the knowledge to excel in their roles. Additionally, your knack for detail will shine as you assist in crafting comprehensive departmental documentation, ensuring transparency and efficiency across the board. Your role will ensure that every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered with timeliness. Through your adept project management skills, you'll orchestrate the support of complex internal and external resources, meticulously configuring software and enhancing functionality in collaboration with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
  • 5 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software
  • Requires up to 25% travel
  • 4 years of experience working in OS400 or AS400 operating systems
  • 3 years of experience developing in RPG computer language
  • 3 years of experience developing in DB2 / 400 databases
