Who we are looking for:

VML is seeking anAccount Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day management of an innovative technology client across North America. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established industry leader and help shape their business and brand.

You'll partner closely with the Account Leadership and cross-agency team to support client communications to ensure the delivery of great work.This is a fantastic opportunity to own and lead multiplesocial media projectsby facilitating reviews between client and internal stakeholders, managing projects from briefing through creative ideation, development and delivery.

You'll have a pulse on the client work and the team, continuously strategizing ways to elevate the deliverables. You'll be eager to bring people together and play a key role in building new best practices. Overall, you're innately a people-person with a passion for juggling relationships with the client and project team.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with Account leadership to manage day-to-day communications that will be essential to achieving client goals.
  • You'll be a part of a team that is generating fast turn, social media campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Point person for day to day client communications.
  • Manage, inspire and motivate project teams.
  • Partner with Project Management, Creative, Strategy and Data teams to elevate the caliber of the work and client relationship.
  • Find innovative ways to build new best practices and push the business forward.
What you'll need:
  • A minimum of 6 years of account management experience at a digital, creative or social agency.
  • Experience working on integrated B2B campaigns across agency partners/teams
    (B2C experience is preferred)
  • Technology category experience is beneficial... if no tech experience, a proven curiosity, and a willingness to dive deep into complex categories.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understanding and experience with digital, CRM, and social media and their connection to broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Ability to bridge communication among internal and client teams.
  • Innate ability to drive projects forward and ensure timely delivery.
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and management.
  • Ability to confidently present your own and others' work persuasively.
