Receives, stores, issues, cycle counts and back flushes material while required utilizing proper inventory control procedures. Initiates and receives Kanban items
Maintains necessary equipment to ensure adequate supply is available for activity being conducted
Advises Flowline Leader when supplies are low or when supply problems exist
Returns incorrectly supplied or defective material to vendor
Inspects incoming materials for defects and refers them to Flowline Leader for disposition
Assembles parts using customer's sales order, blueprints, procedure sheets, BM's and/or oral instructions for correct requirements
Moves material safely by hand or with hand lift truck as required by the Flowline Leader
Mediumduty assembly which includes lifting parts varying from 10 to 50lbs and standing up periodically
Sets up calibration equipment to properly calibrate and test instruments
When calibration is completed, matches instrument with proper order
Calibrates and performs tests to identify problem areas such as Hipot, hydrostatic, leaking, faulty cells, damaged wires, orings, plugs, valves, etc
Verifies completed product with customer specifications
Produces test certification as required
Records labor and data transactions as required
Welds caps to transducers prior to flangeup and using leak tests to assure proper sealing
Perform toggling and temp compensation utilizing static press range benches, computer assisted calibration benches and any other equipment required to test instruments
Capable of performing all job functions of the Flowline Assembly and Flowline Calibration areas
Performs miscellaneous duties within scope of job know how
