The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $X-Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do in This Role
Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions of their report staff.
Perform at professional level to interpret/process more complex, less-clearly defined issues.
Identify and resolve complex problems, to include Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic systems.
Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to gain optimum effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within their area of responsibility and communicate to Management.
Identify resource needs and will develop justification.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
What We Are Looking For
Associates degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
5 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities.
Knowledge of Allen-Bradley or equivalent PLC controls platforms, Device Net, ASI, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, or equivalent network communications platforms.
Electrical troubleshooting skills to include wiring, AC/DC power, AC/DC motors, electrical drawings/schematics, and control panels.
Servo Drives, PC controllers, DC power supplies, optical devices (i.e., encoders, photo eyes, etc.)
Knowledge of automated equipment; preferably automated material handling systems.
Mechanical experience.
Familiarity with Lean Principles (4-Step Problem Solve, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
Able to track and measure KPIs, evaluating data to drive improvement.
Vaccination against COVID-19 may be required.
