About the Department
The Computer Science Department offers programs leading to the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Data Science.

Position Description
As the department expands its instructional capabilities, candidates with teaching expertise and interest in areas of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Mining are encouraged to apply. The expected teaching load is 24 hours per academic year. Other duties include service to the Department, College, University, or profession, and outreach activities.

Required Experience


Required Education
Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related fields.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate courses and/or laboratory sessions, coordination of student activities, and direction of capstone projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
