Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a talented Renderer/Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This position is a hybrid model that will require commuting to our Atlanta, GA office 2-3 days a week.

    Developing architectural renderings for projects in various stages of design (75% of this role will be rendering related tasks).
  • Porfolio required with application. Portfolio must contain: 5 building exterior renderings, 3 building interior renderings, and 2 night time images (interior or exterior)
  • Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.) to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.
  • Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design.
  • Reviews work with department manager or project architect to ensure the application of sound architectural practices and professional judgment.
  • Performs a variety of architectural assignments on small projects and/or specific portions of larger projects.
  • A team focused attitude, willing to assist other Studios as necessary
  • Applies standard design techniques and procedures exercising judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to design concepts.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in architectural field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related designer experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate conceptual design ideas in 3D form.
  • Excellent graphic, post production, written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following is required: Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion, 3DSMax, Blender and VRay.
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
