We're looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to join our Digital Professional team in Atlanta GA (Midtown office) or Peachtree City GA.

As Digital Solutions Manager you'll be leading a team of Digital/IT professionals and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of one of our largest strategic programs within Signify Professional Americas, Project "Paragon".

What you'll do

  • Implements end-to-end digital enabled business propositions, processes and solutions for large scale programs. This will require participation and contributions from the business, your team and a matrix delivery organization.

  • Facilitates the planning process (PI events) and ensures readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events.

  • Establishes and role models leadership, strong partnership with business, and drives collaboration amongst related Digital stakeholders like; Architects, Technology, Data, Suppliers, etc. on the program goals, approach, plan, and investment needed.

  • Partners with the business to translate business challenges and requirements into technical solutions and drive change, adoption and encourages collaboration between teams.

  • Works with Product Management, Product Stream Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment (ensure we always keep our north star in mind).

  • Coaches leaders, Teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, and prepares and reports progress to C-Suite, executive level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CDIO)

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or similar discipline/ or years of direct work experience in Digital transformation and a strong passion for all things digital in lieu of a degree

  • 15+ years of proven experience in delivering digital programs, using program management methods, and understanding the relevant organization and business processes.

  • Hands-on experience in Digital transformation and a strong passion for all things digital.

  • Certified or experience with program and/or project management methodologies such as (waterfall and agile) or similar credentials in program management.

  • Experience successfully integrating multiple technologies and systems.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $157,000 - $230,890 USD
Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 25%
