Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Systems Analyst (multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA to Perform end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects and/or Agile teams. Lead and negotiate scope, scheduling, budgeting, risks, deployments and communications for projects and initiatives. Coach multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and work cross-functionally throughout the company to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems. Assist customers, product owners, and product managers to maximize ROI and meet company objectives. Understand product strategy and benefits of key deliverables in area of responsibility. Work with product owner to promote and contribute to the improvement of the product backlog. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. Develop metrics and reports using Jira to help the team understand its health and progress and to set goals. Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Assist in setup of new Jira projects for access control, workflow schemes, workflow automation, screen schemes, security schemes, custom fields, reporting and integration. Develop Jira boards, metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters to provide end-users and leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and operational intelligence. Support the development team with the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) process. Develop solution design and functional requirement documents for Payment and Reconciliation Treasury applications in an Agile environment. Position reports to the Atlanta, Georgia office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Domestic travel required 5-10% of the time.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related systems analyst, application developer, or software engineer occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related systems analyst, application developer, or software engineer occupation.

WORKSITE: Atlanta, GA

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $122,429.00 USD to $161,100.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
