Our department is a large and complex organization supporting over 8,700 on-campus residents among 49 traditional halls, suites, and apartments, some of which were constructed for the 1996 Summer Olympics. Develop programs, initiatives, and training components to enhance and support student academic enhancement and community engagement activities. Provide guidance and leadership in support of student academic enhancement and community engagement activities. This position will interact on a regular basis with faculty, staff, and students. This position typically will advise and counsel faculty, staff, and students. This position will supervise NA.

Job Duty 1 -

Develop and implement programs and activities related to student academic support and enhancement.

Job Duty 2 -

Facilitate and assist in the creation of community engagement and development programs and activities.

Job Duty 3 -

Chair and/or serve as a liaison and resource for departmental committees and task forces related to student engagement and development.

Job Duty 4 -

Coordinate the assessment efforts related to student academic enhancement and community engagement.

Job Duty 5 -

Monitor budget expenditures, ensuring compliance with Institute policies and procedures.

Job Duty 6 -

Provide guidance and direction to student advisory groups on related residence life activities and programs.

Job Duty 7 -

Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Student Affairs, Counseling, Education or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

Three to five years of job related experience

Preferred Educational Qualifications

Master's Degree in Student Affairs, Counseling, Higher Education Administration, or related field

Pay Range: $46,704-$63,518/yr
