Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead

Location: Duluth, GA or REMOTE with Milestone Travel

Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Tech lead. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and converting their requirements into applicable optimal solutions.

Qualifications:

* Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead who can work from client location at Duluth, GA (Atlanta)

* Does not necessarily need to possess all the mentioned technologies below, but should be able to lead the offshore teams with rigor, which will be intertwined across all these. Communication and leadership will be a big attribute here since there is 24X7 model having stringent SLA.

o Cloud HCM, Core HR, Payroll, ORC, OLC etc. (knowledge to a large extent except payroll)

o Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI reports, HCM Rest, SOAP Integrations, WCC integrations, Oracle PLSQL, Oracle JET, Oracle VBCS (knowledge to a large extent).

o Middleware engine: ODS, PLSQL, Oracle ADF, Oracle J2EE, HCM BI, OIC (managing teams on these).

o PeopleTools, .NET, Java (managing teams on these).

* Needs to establish strong client connect and rapport with continuous engagement. Prompt and effective communication via all the channels available.

* Since engagement scope is on L1/L2 with negligible code change involved, needs to have strong analytical skills and ability to produce technical RCA.

* Should be well organized in delivery execution, time management and thought leadership.

* Should be ready to lead junior offshore resources as per the org mandate.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $142,300/Year to $183,800/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
