As the Workday Integrations Lead for North Highland, you will be part of the Enterprise Applications team that partners closely with internal business stakeholders to deliver solutions on the Workday platform. Your experience and knowledge of best practices will be used to develop solutions that apply to processes operated globally.

You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:

  • Serve as a Workday expert that collaborates with functional teams for the full delivery cycle, from collecting and understanding business requirements to recommending solutions, testing, and deployment.

  • Be a Workday administrator responsible for implementing Workday delivered integrations, inbound EIB integrations and outbound EIB integrations.

  • Be a Workday administrator responsible for developing custom solutions with Workday Extend

  • Be a Workday administrator responsible for developing custom solutions with Workday Studio

  • Be a Workday administrator responsible for building custom reports using Workday Reporting that includes custom fields and custom calculations.

  • Troubleshoot and triage Workday integration issues to restore service as quickly as possible.

  • Manage a backlog of Workday integration enhancements based on requirements and timelines set by functional teams.

  • Liaise with the functional teams to manage the delivery cycle by collecting requirements, perform configuration and testing, deploy solutions, and perform ongoing support.

  • Provide application design recommendations that align with long and short-term IT and business strategies.

  • Work with other members of the Workday team to understand implications and considerations that have cross functional dependencies.

  • Perform any maintenance and configuration required during Workday's bi-annual releases.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 3+ years of application/integration development/implementation

  • 3+ years of expertise with Workday integrations

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday Extend and Workday Studio

  • Experience with SQL development a plus.

  • Experience with C# development a plus.

  • Proficient in building Custom Reports including calculated fields.

  • Workday Certification is preferred.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

  • Experience with the Professional Services industry is preferred.

  • Experience working in a global business is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently to overcome challenging problems.

  • Ability to collaborate with different business and IT areas at different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to articulate complex technical details and translate them to a non-technical community.

  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration,or relevant work experience.
