Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls received through our W-2 Hotline, reviewing voicemails, returning calls, and assisting associates with issues over the phone or via Help Desk Tickets.

NOTE: This is a temporary, 4 month position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls through the W-2 Hotline in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review voicemails and perform callbacks during your assigned time.
  • Assist associates over the phone with troubleshooting technical issues, logging into the online W-2 system, answering general questions, and directing associates on the appropriate next steps with issues they may be experiencing.
  • Review assigned Help Desk Tickets, issue W-2 reprints, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

Education and Experience:

  • Call Center experience required.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Other Requirements:

Candidate needs to possess the ability to analyze and comprehend complex or diverse information; collect and research data; uses experience to complement data. Excellent problem-solving skills. Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and set expectations for internal partners with competing priorities, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization. Great verbal and written customer service skills needed to communicate with a variety of clients. Will work in a team but needs to be to be self-motivated. Must be able to follow policy, procedures and respond in a timely manner.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position in the US is $17.00 to $18.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
