Coordinates the financial analysis performed by the Profit team for Northside Hospital System. Understands the various data and systems that are available and makes recommendations to improve the data. Coordinates and maintains the Northside Long Range Financial Model. The Model must be detailed such that it enables ongoing decision-making and highlights key financial trends and relevant observations across the System. Supervises the work of the financial analysts. Assists in providing education to other Finance staff and hospital management on how to utilize the data that is available.

• Assist with the build and ongoing maintenance of the long range financial forcast.
• Perform financial analysis to assist with decision making for the System.
• Leverage new ddata sources to improve our cost accounting process and financial analysis.
• Supervise a team of analysts.

REQUIRED

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Four (4) years of experience in hospital/healthcare finance and decision support.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Strong management and leadership skills
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of the data warehouse structures, or other patient level reporting systems.
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, and Word), as well as an understanding of SQL server.

PREFERRED

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Public Health.
2. Project Management experience.
