Warehouse Selector

Ready to get your work done and go home, while earning great income? Our warehouse selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $18.00 per hour, increasing to $21.00+ after training, based on performance.

This position is in a Step Progression Range with Salary increases up to $23.00+ with incentives.

Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines.

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. Incentive after meeting productivity standard.
• 4-day work week, selection starts at 8:00am or 10:00am.
• The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous pallet jack experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in a subzero environment.
