We are looking for Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Program Accounts sales team in Norcross, GA.

Program Accounts is responsible for supporting large contract customers. This role is critical in that it is responsible for providing excellent service to these large customer accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develops steady customer base and makes some in-person sales calls.
* Responsible for ensuring orders are correctly processed with minimal assistance.
* Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources.
* Assists in training new team members.
*Assists in creating account development plans.
* Performs inventory management for customer specific material.
* Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative.
* Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
* Other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior sales or industry experience is preferred
* Excellent professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
* Proficiency within Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
* Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel
* Flexible and solutions-oriented
* High degree of business ethics
