Georgia State University's PantherCard Office is looking for a Manager of Panthercard Operations to join our team. The mission of the PantherCard Office within the Auxiliary and Support Services Department is to provide high quality administrative and educational support services to the Georgia State University community and constituents, in support of the University's mission of teaching, research and public service, positively impacting the quality of campus life through professionalism, excellence and caring.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of PantherCard Operations, the Manager of Panthercard Operations is responsible for supervising daily operations of six PantherCard Offices and personnel as well as providing direct customer service support and assistance. Reconcile and prepare the distribution of monthly contractors panthercash sales & revenues. Responsible for the collection and reconciliation of all VTS/PHIL deposits on the main & GSU perimeter campuses. Assist the Asst. Director with establishing & maintaining department budget. Responsible for processing all purchase requests, payment vouchers & refunds for the PantherCard Office. Assist with developing operational procedures and administrative management to the PantherCard Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
**This position is eligible for hybrid schedule after completion of probationary period.
