With a focus on strategic categories, you'll drive volume and profit, orchestrating a harmonious balance between push and pull strategies to exceed sales targets.

As the orchestrator of success in your region, you'll lead, mentor, and empower a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. Your role extends beyond mere management; you'll cultivate strong customer relations, embodying our values and ethos in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute sales plans within your region, surpassing objectives for sales and market share.
  • Innovatively develop business strategies aligned with overarching marketing goals and allocated budgets.
  • Champion account management, cultivating existing relationships while actively seeking out new market opportunities.
  • Create comprehensive annual business plans reflective of brand and product strategies, ensuring continuous growth and adaptation.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools like Cognos and Salesforce.com for meticulous account administration, guaranteeing accurate records and informed decision-making.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior management, offering valuable insights into regional activities and achievements.
  • Serve as a beacon of leadership for your sales team, inspiring them to reach new heights through ongoing development and support.
  • Foster a culture of excellence through constructive feedback, recognition of achievements, and impactful coaching sessions.
  • Conduct business reviews and field rides with your team, driving positive outcomes and refining sales techniques.

Work/Life Balance:

  • Overnight travel 60-70%
  • Region covers AL, GA, TN, and FL Panhandle

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field from an accredited
  • college/university required
  • 5-7 years of medical sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years of sales management experience or documented enrollment in a formal management development program required
  • Knowledge of sales and business plans, and a proven track record of building and nurturing effective customer relationships within a designated region.
  • Experience in resolving complex customer issues and guiding sales staff through challenging situations.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, essential for overseeing team dynamics and evaluating sales data.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, vital for driving successful outcomes and fostering collaboration.
