ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Partners closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify technology-enabled solutions, and oversees the successful implementation of those solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives, identification and mitigation of risks, and management of vendor relationships

• Partners with business leaders to understand business roadmaps and translate those needs into technology roadmaps

• Maintains IT roadmaps and oversees the delivery ensuring alignment with business capabilities

• Delivers business cases and facilitates estimation, prioritization and work sequencing.

• Stays up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and continuously seeks out opportunities to improve business processes and increase efficiency

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical capabilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled solutions

• Assess, analyze, and identify impacted teams and then appropriately engage those teams

• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements

• Ensure the successful adoption and ongoing use of technology solutions by business stakeholders

• Monitor and report on technology solutions to ensure alignment with business goals

• Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact the organization

• Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure IT considerations are properly addressed and incorporated into project plans

• Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates on IT roadmaps and initiatives

• Collaborate with architecture to ensure initiatives align with and support architecture goals

• Comfortability and experience in Jira Software Applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT, business relationship management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of technology and its application to business processes

• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with financial principles and the ability to manage budgets and financial targets

• Analytical skills and ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience with methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

• Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends, and ability to assess their potential impact on the organization

• Propose ideas and actions that gain acceptance from all levels.

• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
