Description & Requirements

Within this role, you will be working with a team of professionals, focused on supporting operational projects, facilitating client communications, coordinating workplan updates and engagement functions such as proposals, agreements, research, reports, presentations, and project management for the following industries: Hospitals, Health Systems, & Clinics.

This role will require you to have a deep understanding of current operational and efficiency processes, as well as revenue cycle & revenue integrity. In this role, you will gain experience in more than one service line and be encouraged to develop your own deliverables based on your experience and passion. You will also be reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data, and know-how to communicate insights from the data in a concise, compelling fashion.


How you will contribute:

  • Operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives such as:
    • Clinical, Operations & Workforce
    • Detailed service line analyses
    • Optimizing system throughput
    • Productivity analyses
    • Expense analyses
    • Revenue cycle improvements
  • Strategic planning
  • Organizational structure optimization
  • Data analytics and visualization


We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Self-motivation and is engaged with a willingness to learn
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 40% of total time


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or healthcare-related field
  • 5 years or more of experience within hospital operations or healthcare consulting
  • 1 year or more of experience working in leadership/management
  • Data analysis and/or healthcare informatics experience or training


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience
  • Master's degree or commensurate experience in healthcare
