What you'll do

We are seeking our next Test Technician! As a Test Tech, you'll showcase your exceptional ability to assemble, test, and troubleshoot satellite antenna systems in our manufacturing assembly area. You'll read mechanical and electronic drawings and schematics and you'll also work within our high-performance teams in the electronics and aerospace areas. As a hands-on technician, there will be opportunities to apply your skills with multiple types of test equipment.


The day-to-day

As a Test Technician, you will:

  • Apply your exceptional ability to assemble, test, and repair satellite antenna systems in our electronic assembly manufacturing area.
  • Read mechanical and electronic drawings and schematics
  • Work within our high-performance team
  • Operate various pieces of test equipment.

Additional responsibilities may be added based on business needs.

This position is a safety-sensitive position that requires a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen to participate in our FAA program.


What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in the assembly, testing, and electronic troubleshooting
  • Must have the ability to operate various test equipment such as power supply/modems
  • Must have the ability to operate automated test scripts and complete necessary paperwork
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Accomplished user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • US government position. US citizenship is required.
  • FAA sensitive position. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required.

What will help you on the job

  • Ability to operate various types of test equipment such as: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and multimeters
  • Ability to operate environmental chambers
  • Strong mechanical & electronic assembly skills
  • RF & electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system

FAA safety sensitive

This is an FAA safety sensitive position, which requires participation in our Drug-Alcohol program, including pre-employment testing and random testing. It is an essential function of the position that the employee meets the safety requirements of the FAA.
Salary range

$17.07 - $28.65 / hourly
