Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for producing financial reporting, analytics, budgets and plans. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager of the company and work in close collaboration with members of the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage FP&A functions supporting organizational leadership, encompassing financial planning, monthly close support, forecasting, budgeting, and interim projections.
  • Assist in annual budgeting across multiple locations, maintaining budgeting models, tracking actuals against budget, and facilitating report preparation.
  • Develop insightful management reports and dynamic dashboards utilizing KPIs to enhance understanding of financial and operational performance.
  • Identify financial trends and their business impact, aiding in prioritizing key initiatives.
  • Compile monthly management financial reporting package, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Finance and other departments, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and interpretation of financial data.
  • Design and deliver effective presentations communicating financial and operational insights


Qualifications, and Educational Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience within finance and accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing forecasts, budgets, andlong-rangeplans.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated/starter with energy, drive, and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly the ability to organize and analyze large data sets to identify meaningful trends.
  • Bachelors degree in finance or relatable field
