Job Description

Job Summary:

Member Engagement Analyst II is responsible for contributing to the overall support of Member Engagement programs by coordinating processes and procedures associated with benefits, retention and member engagement.

Essential Functions:

  • Support work groups and initiatives for incentive and rewards
  • Supports Consumer Council Meetings (external)
  • Supports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies
  • Support workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives
  • Facilitate/promote problem identification, analysis and resolution of issues to support member engagement
  • Collaborate with business owners to share insights and collaborate on market and product improvement plans
  • Ensure that contractual requirements are met associated with Member Rights, member communication and retention efforts
  • Supports the implementation of community partnerships
  • Supports marketing and outreach strategies to enhance member engagement
  • Supports annual review and revision of key marketing deliverables
  • Liaises and collaborates external partners and stakeholders, and internal business owners to manage communication and deliverables
  • Evaluate and trend complaint data and support solutions to strengthen the program and mitigate member disenrollment
  • Develop and facilitate trainings and presentations internally to educate market on member incentives, retention and engagement strategies
  • Analyze data and identify trends monthly to ensure company and state regulator expectations are met
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science/Arts in a Business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of health insurance, healthcare and/or managed care experience is required
  • Experience with and empathy for the low-income demographic is required

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Licensure and Certification:

  • To help protect our employees, members, and the communities we serve from acquiring communicable diseases, Influenza vaccination is a requirement of this position. CareSource requires annual proof of Influenza vaccination for designated positions during Influenza season (October 1 - March 31) as a condition of continued employment. Employees hired during Influenza season will have thirty (30) days from their hire date to complete the required vaccination and have record of immunization verified.

Compensation Range:
$52,400.00 - $83,900.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
