Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our Customer Experience team to drive change in how we think about and interact with our customers. You will work closely with the product manager, IT teams, and business leaders to define opportunities and map system processes and technologies to support business strategies, improve capabilities, and drive technology innovation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on business process design and optimization as well as knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, broad understanding of technology, tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work on a dynamic, cross functional team where you will take initiative and utilize your leadership skills to discover opportunities and create a cross divisional customer experience focused on maximizing value creation for our customers and GP.
What You Will Do
The primary focus of this role will be around owning requirements for our salesforce platform as well as integrations to related systems (ERP, master data etc).
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Technical and business experience with demonstrated success in organization-wide multi-system implementations
- Experience in driving system implementations, project management and documentation best practices knowledge
- Demonstrated software business analysis experience including collaborative design sessions, requirements elicitation, future state process design and documenting requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting/analyzing systems
- Experience with UX/UI research, rapid prototyping, and visualization tools
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with salesforce Communities, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM
- Experience working with customer portals or ecommerce platforms
- Experience working with system integrations (particularly ERP) and data migration efforts
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau and other data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SQL/SOQL preferred
