Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our Customer Experience team to drive change in how we think about and interact with our customers. You will work closely with the product manager, IT teams, and business leaders to define opportunities and map system processes and technologies to support business strategies, improve capabilities, and drive technology innovation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on business process design and optimization as well as knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, broad understanding of technology, tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work on a dynamic, cross functional team where you will take initiative and utilize your leadership skills to discover opportunities and create a cross divisional customer experience focused on maximizing value creation for our customers and GP.

What You Will Do

The primary focus of this role will be around owning requirements for our salesforce platform as well as integrations to related systems (ERP, master data etc).


Drive cross-functional workstreams to transform stakeholder needs into clear, concise business requirements and work with developers to translate into technical design for implementation. Work with other business analysts to ensure end-to-end requirements needs are met Own the requirements gathering process with customers, process teams, product owners, and internal development team. Escalate risks and work with project team to define mitigation strategies.Work with implementation partners to facilitate functional and technical grooming sessions, gain approvals for requirements and manage changes through the application of standard control processes and tools. Review end of sprint testing for completed user stories and log issues. Support QA, business stakeholders, and change management throughout testing and rollout cycles. Collaborate with business partners at all levels to create value stream maps, process flows and user experiences, which represent current and future state business processes. Act as a challenge partner to ensure quality results.Solve problems in a dynamic team environment using strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Technical and business experience with demonstrated success in organization-wide multi-system implementations
  • Experience in driving system implementations, project management and documentation best practices knowledge
  • Demonstrated software business analysis experience including collaborative design sessions, requirements elicitation, future state process design and documenting requirements
  • Experience with troubleshooting/analyzing systems
  • Experience with UX/UI research, rapid prototyping, and visualization tools


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with salesforce Communities, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM
  • Experience working with customer portals or ecommerce platforms
  • Experience working with system integrations (particularly ERP) and data migration efforts
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau and other data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of SQL/SOQL preferred
