Job Description

SUMMARY

The Senior Inventory Specialist maintains an adequate level of supplies in all areas serviced by Supply Chain Operations. This includes: stocking and restocking, picking supplies, staging orders, delivery of supplies, par level maintenance, code cart and respiratory box maintenance. This position provides subject matter expertise to less experienced Inventory Specialist. The Sr Inventory Specialist works in a medium to heavy demand moving equipment and supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Two years (2) experience in a related position preferably in a Healthcare environment managing multiple types of supplies
  • Six (6) months experience working with a Materials Management system.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Capable of learning various areas of the Hospital and various types of supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with team/stakeholders - both written and verbal
  • Consistently delivers an extraordinary customer experience when interacting with peers, end-users, and others.
