Salesforce Business Technology is seeking a Change Lead to join our BT Change Enablement and Adoption team as part of the Strategy & Enablement group. We collaborate with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver strategic change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions are successfully adopted.

In this position you will help execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our internal teams. You will conduct an impact analysis to help develop and implement the change management strategy and plan, working with project teams and internal business partners who are eager to make change happen. Your change plans will guide business partners to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end users. Key to this role is your ability to build relationships, apply critical thinking and take the initiative to drive results. As a successful Change Lead, you will use influence and innovation to increase adoption and ensure a positive end user experience.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead mid-level change programs or a significant part of a larger change program in our CIO portfolio

  • Develop an impact analysis to assess the complexity of the change

  • Build or significantly contribute to the overall enablement strategy and plan, including training and communication

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology

  • Work closely with project teams and business partners across the company

  • Build executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to the change management workstream

Here's what we're seeking:

  • 4+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise

  • Experience with Business Technology (IT) processes

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Change Management or Business Management) or equivalent work experience

  • A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional

  • Handles ambiguity in stride and can be flexible in their approach

  • An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling

  • Consistent record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently

  • Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices

  • Demonstrates the Salesforce values of Trust, Growth, Innovation, Equality and Sustainability
