Who you are:
Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.

As a Property Manager in midtown Atlanta, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a Retail asset; from operational oversight and financial management - to managing important relationships with our tenants and vendors; your role is important, as you will also oversee property inspections, make sound recommendations; and have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas.


What you bring:

  • 3 - 5 years commercial property management experience.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Bonus skills and experience:

  • You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • You hold a CPM or RPA designation.


What success looks like:

  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
  • You are operationally strong, and have the keen ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
