About The Team

The U.S. Large Credit team works collaboratively with merchants, business development teams, relationship managers, transaction risk analysts, compliance and legal departments to mitigate risk while supporting growth objectives. We're a diverse team with the potential to have a significant positive impact.

What You Will Be Doing

The primary responsibility of the Worldpay Credit team is to review larger credit risk exposure accounts to ensure the merchant's credit fundamentals are adequate in relation to the potential exposure generated from the payment processing relationship. As a Credit Analyst II, you will perform thorough financial analysis on prospective and current merchants, while collaborating with internal and external partners to mitigate risk to Worldpay.

*Role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in office

*Obtains and spreads company financial statements, making adjustments as needed

*Performs extensive analysis on a variety of financial statements and provides proper recommendations and assessments of their credit profile

*Effectively evaluates complex issues, considering and prioritizing a variety of factors

*Establishes appropriate credit limits and collateral to minimize risk

*Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers

*Exercises sound judgment in assessing potential regulatory and reputational risks

*Monitors and communicates credit concerns to management

What You Bring

*The ability to go into office and work in a hybrid model

*Skills and expertise needed to perform the job requirements listed above, typically at least:

*2-4 years of experience with analyzing and spreading a variety of financial statements

*Extensive experience with performing credit analysis and drafting credit memos

*Effective communication skills and attention to detail

*Unmatched work ethic and strong sense of ownership

*Ability to creatively solve problems and achieve company objectives

*Time management and flexibility

Added Bonus If You Have

*Knowledge of merchant acquiring services and the payment processing industry

*Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar formal credit training
