Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (Atlanta, GA)

Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Assist in the management of a single software system integration project to include overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution. Work closely with cross function teams including sales, R&D, product development and related. Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction, and referencability. Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter. Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure. Develop internal guidelines and create/implement best practices. Manage the technical aspects of enterprise level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources. Contribute to the continuous development of Manhattan Associates' software implementation methodology. Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of post-bachelor's experience in a software related technical field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated, Employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated. Requires 3 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain, retail store system, customer service solutions, or point of commerce solutions or software organization. Up to 50% travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
