Job Description
The Lead Project/Program Manager is responsible for driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. Leads or coordinates project / program teams from inception to delivery. Plans, organizes, and facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that achieves business goals and meets customer expectations. Leverages knowledge, expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met and benefits are realized. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables, dependencies and driving key decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end programs and ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization
  • Articulate requirements, goals, and milestones
  • Develop and manage full-lifecycle project plans to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide day-to-day coordination, risk management, and quality assurance for tasks
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Identify and manage dependencies
  • Work in collaboration with Solution Delivery, Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to establish a shared vision for discovery, delivery, and launch
  • Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely

    fashion to stakeholders
  • Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiative
  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team


Knowledge, Experience, & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • Working experience with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Experience delivering programs or products from inception to delivery
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders from product, engineering, architecture, executive leadership, and operations
  • Experience coordinating work across large organizations
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones


USD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
