Operating at hyperscale, the Service Fabric platform liberates service and application teams, enabling them to concentrate on delivering unparalleled value to customers without the burden of infrastructure concerns.As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Azure Service Fabric team, you will work on delivering a managed experience to our customers with built-in known-good configurations reducing service outages and cognitive load on customers. You will partner with Microsoft internal teams leveraging Service Fabric to identify their needs and pain-points. You will collaborate with development teams across Azure to build plans to mitigate those pain-points, identify risks, and communicate those plans and risks. This opportunity will allow you gain deep understanding of building large scale distributed services. It will also help you develop a deeper perspective on the internal architecture of the Azure Cloud. ResponsibilitiesYou will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You'll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. You'll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.
