Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute growth marketing campaigns, communicate timelines, and manage outside vendors and partnerships. As a core member of our Growth Marketing team, you will work with content, product marketing, and demand functions to bring campaigns to life. This role is pivotal in implementing our growth strategy and requires someone who is passionate about marketing trends and best practices, project management, and technology in education.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Track progress of campaigns from production through reporting, communicating launch dates and roadblocks to the broader team.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of services, optimizing the effectiveness of our marketing campaign efforts.
  • Collaborate with content creators to source engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, and other channels.
  • Work with our analytics team to report on the performance of marketing activities using key metrics to measure success and provide insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing, particularly within the educational technology sector, to apply innovative strategies to our campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product marketing, content and operations functions to align marketing campaign strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing channels including content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid promotion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc. in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to evaluate and adjust strategies based on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Passion for professional development and lifelong learning.
