As a CO+I Integrated Planner for Datacenter Lease, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. PlanningDevelop and oversee continuous improvement of detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects.Manage cross-functional teams inside and outside Microsoft, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Project ManagementProactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time.Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.Embody our Culture and Values
