You should be comfortable answering plant-related questions and guiding customers in their purchase decisions. Keeping the nursery clean and organized is essential, so attention to detail is key. You'll be restocking products, unloading shipments, and ensuring the freshness of our plant inventory. Building positive relationships with customers and maintaining a safe work environment are also crucial.

Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are
* Assist customers with questions relating to trees
* shrubs and plants.
* Water
* clean and maintain plants and the nursery lot area.
* Maintain proper rotation and freshness of product.
* Restock plant materials and all other store items.
* Maintains positive relationships and assists customers with plant purchases.
* Become knowledgeable with plants, trees, shrubs and flowers
* Assist with unloading and pricing plant shipments.
* Maintains a clean work environment through sweeping and squeegeeing floors.
* Practices and complies with all OSHA and Company safety policies and practices.
* Answer phone calls and take orders over the phone.
* Planting and Propagation during Winter Months.
* All other duties as assigned.
