Job Description
Support the success of our acquisition efforts through paid media by working collaboratively with director, internal cross-functional teams and managing external agencies on the strategy and execution of Vera Bradley product offering in digital marketing and paid media channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

Marketing and Optimization:

  • Work with manager and agencies to execute strategy and develop program optimizations for paid media based on data to support company plans for brand and outlet channels. Paid media programs include, but are not limited to, SEM, paid social, digital ads, affiliates, etc.

  • Ownership of cross-functional relationships with marketing and creative teams to support creative strategy, input requests, and execute for paid programs.

  • Oversee reporting and make optimization recommendations to maximize performance and increase new customer acquisition and ROI of paid media efforts

  • Support and execute on strategic and media plans to support brand goals, stories, and initiatives in paid media channels.

  • Regularly audit paid media channel structures, budgets, etc., to optimize where needed on an ongoing basis.

Communication and Operations:

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and manage relationships to maximize success and support brand goals

  • Stay up to date on trainings, webinars, and industry updates

  • Manage day-to-day agency partners to ensure alignment across channels and optimized performance.

  • Consistently collaborate with external stakeholders demonstrating strong communication skills to represent Vera Bradley

  • Communicate paid media plans and support cross-functional teams on weekly basis in appropriate meetings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferred.

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience

  • Marketing agency or corporate/digital marketing department experience preferred

  • Experience in developing promotions, managing campaigns and Marketing strategies preferred.

  • Experience with e-commerce and digital platform strategies and operations

  • Strong PC skills using Microsoft Office software, including excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred

  • Experience with Salsify preferred
