New Relic's Growth Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to partner with the Sales leader to provide analytics, insights, and operational rigor. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Operations you will support our team's initiatives by identifying business needs and requirements, applying standard methodologies, implementing recommendations, and providing governance of our processes.

What you'll do
  • Building and optimizing, maintaining the operational side of the ISR business sales team globally

  • Partner with leadership with a focus on analytics and process infrastructure

  • Manage and maintain territories and accounts, including partnering on methodology, design, and assignment processes

  • Design, develop, maintain and deliver robust and scalable reporting and dashboards that help managers manage the business to improve productivity & performance

  • Quickly solve business process pain points in the moment, while helping develop long-term solutions

  • Identify, prioritize and scope key strategic initiatives and projects accordingly

  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and engagement rules; help enforce "compliance" at all levels

  • Be an expertise in the tool set the team uses to enable the team

This role requires
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations environment

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce

  • Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and provide guidance to partners, and drive projects to completion

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that provide the necessary context, analysis, and recommendations to drive action and accountability from local and remote teams

  • Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable

  • Experience designing processes that are scalable

  • Experience in reporting on sales performance, analyzing data, and communicating business insights that drive action

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LeanData, Sales engagement platform, data appending tools, intent, and ABM tools

  • Experience in enterprise technology - SaaS (Software as a Service) - with a B2B focus

  • Experience in a high-growth sales environment

  • Experience in data management, compliance, governance, quality, and measurement

  • Tableau experience

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 92,000 - $ 115,000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
