Acara Solutions is looking for a Site Coordinator for one of our clients in Wheeling, IL. This is a fully onsite position.

Pay: $23-$25 hourly

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate day-to-day front office operations which includes: reception, phones, mail, administrative support, projects, meeting coordination, etc.
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to: preparing reports, coordinating meetings, collecting data, etc.
  • Oversees the procurement of general office supplies
  • Maintains employee and benefit files, new hire packets and benefit collateral
  • Assists employees with basic inquiries related to benefit programs and other HR related inquires
  • Assists with security badges and administration of uniform program
  • Assists HR team with coordination and scheduling of recruiting activities, including candidate interviews, job fairs, etc.
  • Helps coordinate various employee events, activities, or projects including quarterly recognition luncheons
  • Supports in onboarding for Associates
  • Complies with all work rules including those pertaining to safety, health, and quality
  • Performs other duties as necessary
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 3-5 years' experience working within a fast paced environment. Prior admin experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with proficiency; Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; demonstrated success with verbal and written business communications.
  • This individual must have the ability to interface with customer, employees and management at various levels within the organization.
