Job Description

Infor is looking for a Subscription Services Manager who will be responsible for engaging with and managing relationships of existing customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention, and growth by creating positive, mutually beneficial outcomes along with overseeing the process of renewing maintenance and subscription agreements to maximize revenue.

A Day In the Life Typically Includes:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with Infor's products and monitor usage to identify potential adoption issues.
  • Communicate cross functionally to ensure successful renewal process and address issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Analyze trends and forecasting for to achieve renewal targets and revenue goals, drive on time payments, and develop strategies to improve customer retention.
  • Identify and generate opportunities for additional upsell or cross-sell of products or services to existing customers.
  • Discuss and negotiate renewal terms and pricing with customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Identify and address customer concerns and escalations.
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer success initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software sales, account management, or customer success.
